Are you a tax service provider (intermediary) without a Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number looking to log in to Mijn Belastingdienst Zakelijk on behalf of your clients? You will need permission to log in on your clients behalf, which you can arrange through a chain authorisation. Start your application for chain authorisation for EH3 without a KVK number.
How to apply for eHerkenning with chain authorisation:
- Registration of Foreign Company
Register yourself as a foreign company using the 'Registration of Foreign Company' form. Fill in the form and send it by post to the Tax Administration. After your registration is processed, you will receive a letter with your tax number (registration number). If you already have a registration number, you can skip this step. - Register for eHerkenning
Apply for eHerkenning without a KVK number through one of the approved suppliers. You will need the tax number from the previous step. Keep in mind that eHerkenning is not free, and the provider must verify your application. - Arrange chain authorization
Now, you can arrange the chain authorisation with your client's permission. Contact your eHerkenning supplier for assistance with this process.
